If you send a project brief, we use it to review your inquiry before a possible contract.

We store the form fields you submit, the time you sent them, a hash of your IP address, and your browser's user agent.

We also store the visit parameters utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term, the fbclid value, and whether you allowed marketing measurement.

If the inquiry does not become a contract, we keep this information for 24 months from the day you send it.

A copy of the brief is emailed to michal@enlightening.sk through Resend.

Meta Pixel and the Conversions API are used to measure advertising.

If you allow marketing measurement, Meta receives a SHA-256 hash of your email and name, your IP address, your browser's user agent, the _fbp and _fbc cookies, and an event identifier.

If you do not allow marketing measurement, nothing is sent to Meta. The brief is still stored so we can reply.
